Return & Refund Policy – Dessert Delight

At Dessert Delight, we craft handmade customized designer chocolates, fudges, and brownies using premium ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, specific refund guidelines apply.

1. No Returns Policy

Due to perishability, we do not accept returns once delivery is completed. Please ensure delivery details are accurate.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in these cases:

• Wrong Product Delivered
• Damaged Product (Unboxing video required within 1 hour)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

3. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

• Orders confirmed after successful payment.
• Prices listed in INR.
